Still pinching ourselves.

Thank you to Tommaso Mazzanti , Andy Allen and the whole team at All’Antico Vinaio Australia for trusting us with the marketing, strategy and launch of All'Antico Vinaio Sydney. A Florentine institution landing in our city, and we got to help bring it in.

The lead-up was a blur. Months of strategy, campaign builds and creative direction squeezed into a window that never felt quite long enough, powered largely by group chats and questionable amounts of coffee. And then opening day said "hold my schiacciata" and threw us a curveball nobody had on the run sheet. Ran on adrenaline, sorted it, and laughed about it later. Mostly!

Go get a sandwich. You'll understand.

It's a venue shaped by family, resilience, and genuine hospitality. Every detail tells a story, from the furniture collected over generations to the atmosphere built through years of welcoming the local community.

Dal Mare Alla Città: from the sea to the city.

We partnered with QT Sydney's Gowings to bring their chef dinner series to life across social. Executive Chef James Kidman joined forces with two guest chefs per event, celebrating coastal Italian flavours reinterpreted through Gowings' city flame grill, with each dinner a one-night-only experience built on food, storytelling and the camaraderie between chefs.

Such a privilege getting to feature this incredible lineup of chefs and capture the energy they brought to the room, from the interaction to the craft to the personality behind every dish. Moving away from traditional food content, we focused on the story and the connection between the chefs, the natural moments and real personality that made each dinner feel like an experience worth being part of.

Champagne & Chicken is a bold, indulgent campaign that celebrates excess, ritual, and contrast. The creative takes the theatre of luxury service and applies it to fried chicken, building anticipation through ceremonial moments before landing in full indulgence. Fried chicken is treated with reverence, Champagne is poured generously, and the experience is intentionally over the top, confident, and self aware.
