Champagne & Chicken is a bold, indulgent campaign that celebrates excess, ritual, and contrast. The creative takes the theatre of luxury service and applies it to fried chicken, building anticipation through ceremonial moments before landing in full indulgence. Fried chicken is treated with reverence, Champagne is poured generously, and the experience is intentionally over the top, confident, and self aware.

When Lee Ho F**k arrived in Sydney, it wasn’t just about opening another restaurant. It was about translating a story. One that began in Melbourne and found a new expression here, led by Chef Victor and the Sydney team who bring the kitchen to life every day.

Champagne & Snacks for Merivale.

One offer, interpreted through the lens of the venue. This chapter leans into Mimi’s setting and service style, translating the Champagne & Snacks pairing through a lighter, more open visual approach.

Part of a three-venue series alongside Mr. Wong and Uccello. We experimented with ex*****on rather than concept, using camera mounts, fixed perspectives, handheld movement, and controlled lighting to adapt the content to each space while keeping the offer consistent.

Clicquot + Claws was built as a celebration of indulgence without taking itself too seriously. WA lobster at its richest, Champagne at its most optimistic, poured across some of Solotel’s most iconic rooms. From Aria to Oxford House and The Sackville, the brief was simple. Make it premium, make it playful, make it unmistakably Veuve Clicquot.

Lobster reds and hero pairings that feel indulgent but approachable. A campaign designed to live across venues, socials, PR and the moments in between.

One of the most exciting projects we’ve had the chance to work on.

Aambra launched as a modern Levantine dining room built on fire, flavour, and feeling, set within a beautifully restored church. From the outset, it was clear this was something genuinely unique, with a strong point of view and a team deeply invested in doing things properly.

The process was highly collaborative. Working closely with the owners and wider team, we helped shape how the brand would launch and how it would continue to show up, aligning strategy, tone, and creative from day one.

We led the social media and launch strategy, alongside an overall marketing approach rooted in Levantine tradition and cultural storytelling, translated through a contemporary lens.

The creative direction was drawn directly from the space itself with warm textures, open fire, scale, and movement. Nothing over-styled, nothing forced. Just a natural translation of the venue, the food, and the rhythm of service. We built a considered content library spanning photo and video, capturing food, people, and the energy of the room.

Aambra isn’t just about what’s on the plate. It’s about the experience of space. Our role was to help launch that feeling and carry it through every touchpoint.

For Merivale’s holiday campaign, A Season, Set, we created a series of visual stories that capture the quiet magic unfolding before doors open across the group’s most iconic venues. We were especially excited about this project because it was different; instead of focusing on food or the finished product, we told a story rarely seen by guests: the ritual, rhythm, and anticipation that built behind the scenes.

Over several weeks, we visited Totti’s Bondi, Jimmy’s Rooftop, mimi’s, Fred’s, and The Newport to document the preparations that define this time of year. Morning light in the courtyard, tables being set with intention, uniforms being ironed, staff meals shared before service, daily huddles, and the gradual lift in energy as each venue gets ready for its first guests.

The campaign follows five simple beats at every location: arrival, venue prep, food prep, team huddle, and doors open. Together, they form an honest look at the people and small moments that bring Merivale’s venues to life in the lead-up to the festive season.

Aria x Krug — a symphony of taste, sound, and storytelling.

Born from a shared love of composition, this collaboration brings together two worlds that speak the same language: Aria, named for a melodic solo that moves its audience, and Krug, a Maison that believes sound can deepen the way we taste. Both are built on the art of harmony, selecting the finest ingredients, blending distinct notes, and crafting experiences that stay with you long after the final moment.

The partnership comes to life through a day-to-night experience at Aria, from a sunlit lunch featuring K’gari spanner crab, smoked roe, lemon cream, and flatbread, to an evening at the bar with the Aria Wagyu smash burger, best enjoyed alongside a glass of Krug after the final curtain call.

Together, Aria and Krug celebrate the rhythm of dining, where taste, texture, and tone play in perfect sync.
