You gave your AI everything you’ve ever written. That’s exactly why it’s generic.

More felt like better. So you dumped it all in. Every doc, every note, ten years of files.

But a pile isn’t knowledge. Hand it a mountain and it grabs the safe, generic answer. Not your bit.

The fix isn’t more data. It’s order.

You organise what you know so the pieces connect. Your stories in your own words, so it writes like you. Every decision tied to the call it came from, so it knows why you chose what you did, not just what. Your method mapped, so it pulls the part that fits.

Same files. Just organised. Now it stops guessing and pulls from your real work.

One example. Don’t just save your pricing page. Save the call where you decided to raise prices, and the reason why. That “why” is what it’s missing.

The full walkthrough is in the carousel.

Comment ORCHESTRATION and I’ll send it over.

The automation you were quoted a week and a developer for now takes you minutes.

For years, this was the deal. You wanted two apps to talk. Gmail to Notion. A form to a spreadsheet. So you paid someone to wire it up, or you learned a tool like Zapier or n8n. Build the connection. Build the steps. Prompt each one. Test. Fix. Repeat.

Days of work for one small workflow.

That just changed. Claude now runs routines. You tell it the workflow in plain words. It builds the steps for you. And it already connects to your Gmail, your Notion, your tools out of the box.

The thing that ate a day now takes minutes. The thing that ate weeks now takes minutes too.

Most owners still think automation means hiring a developer. It doesn’t anymore.

The question isn’t whether you can afford to automate. It’s what you’ll do with the week you just got back.

Most people only use one version of Claude. There are three.

Picture a kitchen.

Chat is the cooking show. It hands you ideas and recipes. You still do the cooking.

Cowork is a chef in your kitchen. Give it your tools and it cooks the whole meal, start to finish.

Code is the entire restaurant. Front of house, the chefs, the shopping. Everything, end to end.

Here’s the shift most people miss. Chat is instant. Cowork and code take longer, because they do more. Five minutes. Sometimes an hour.

So stop watching the potatoes boil.

Every morning I set aside one hour. I pick my three biggest tasks and put Claude in plan mode. By the afternoon it’s thought them through, and I just review.

I used to do 100% of the work. Now I do the first 20% and the last 20%. Claude does the 80% in the middle.

Follow along. I’m posting how to run your whole day like this.

Everyone on your team uses AI now.
Almost none of it moves your numbers.

The tool is not the problem. The way you run it is.

Most people open a chat, ask a question, paste the answer.
That is using AI. It is not using it well.

Think of AI as an eager intern.
Fast, keen, zero context.

Hand it a vague task and you get vague work.
Give it your process, your standards, a few good examples, and it starts to think like you.

The people getting real output are not smarter.
They just stopped treating it like a magic button.

Better inputs. Clearer process. Same tool, a completely different result.

Follow for AI done right.

You already learned something that felt impossible. You drive a car without thinking.

Remember your first lesson? Clutch, mirrors, gears, indicators, all at once. It felt like too much.

Now you do it on autopilot, coffee in hand, not a thought spared.

You didn’t get smarter. The reps just moved it from hard to automatic.

AI is the same climb. Right now it feels like too many buttons. Give it the hours and it moves to automatic too.

The barrier was never your brain. It was just reps you hadn’t done yet.

Follow for AI done right.

You don’t need to be techy to be great with AI. You just need the hours.

Nobody who drives could rebuild the engine. We still drive every day. What makes you good isn’t the mechanics. It’s the time behind the wheel.

AI is the same. Chat is the easy part. Anyone can type a question.

The shift is when you go past chat. You add connectors. You wire in a few skills. It feels like a lot at first. You break things, you fix them, then it clicks.

Here’s the part most people miss. The “I broke it” stage isn’t failure. That stage is the learning. Quit there and you never reach the click.

You didn’t get smarter about engines. You just put the hours in.

That’s what this series is. Your hours on the clock, from treating AI like Google to running it like an orchestrator.

First step: follow. Then start clocking the hours.

Your expertise is what people pay for. Generic AI quietly makes it look common.

You didn’t get here by sounding like everyone else. You built a way of teaching people trust and pay for.

But open a plain chat and it answers the way it answers everyone. Same words. Same advice. Nothing that sounds like you.

That’s the gap. The more generic your AI sounds, the more common your expertise looks.

The fix is to teach the AI your method first. Your frameworks, your language, the stories only you tell.

Do that and your authority shows up in the output, not just in the room.

Follow for AI done right.

The education businesses scaling fastest aren’t using AI. They’re orchestrating it.

Using AI and orchestrating it are two different things.

Using it means asking ChatGPT, getting answers, feeling productive. But feeling productive and getting unblocked aren’t the same. Same hours. Same bottlenecks. Nothing changes.

Orchestrating means AI runs inside your workflows. Members get served automatically. Content gets produced. Follow-ups go out without you in the middle.

One answers your questions. The other runs your programme.

That’s what I built my whole stack on. Just for educational founders running cohorts and coaching programmes. No fluff, no BS, only what I know my clients need.

Follow to see what we’re actually using to scale.
