Our heart breaks for Mel’s journey to end so soon. Today she lost her battle with Cancer.
I first met Mel working together on her website for a company called Netstarter. We were both pregnant at the same time, when I went on to start Savvy Media. She contact me privately and I worked on her new website working from home. We both laughed at being business women managing pregnancy, as she heard me over the phone in hospital that I wasn’t ready for my epidural to birth my son as I was still uploaded her website to go live from my hospital bed.
She had the most beautiful love story with Gareth and was so passionate about family and a role model for Maddie. I admired her go go vibrate positive attitude and her kindness. Hot pink was your vibe! Bright & colourful like your personality.
RIP beautiful Mel 👼 ♥️
P.S - her message to the world is get checked early and know the signs.
Thanks Mel, I will get checked as both my grandmothers had bowel cancer, I have ulterative colitis and Lynch Syndrome is on our mother’s side of the family.
