Let’s hear a real story from a student who went from “studying” to getting a work visa sponsorship in Australia 🇦🇺✨
CZ Team had the chance to interview a Thai student studying in Australia, and we really wanted to share this story…
just in case it becomes that little spark for anyone still wondering, “Should I go or not?” 👀
Today, let us introduce you to “Krist” 🎉
The IT student who boldly stepped out of his comfort zone

💻 Why IT?
Krist already had an IT background in Thailand, both study and work experience.
But deep down, he wanted to try something new

So he decided to move to Australia, to explore the world and level up his skills 🚀

His goal was super clear, to stay long-term and aim for PR / Citizenship
And one of the career paths with good opportunities? Yep… IT

So he chose to study Advanced Diploma of IT at Abbey College

At the beginning, things were a bit confusing, new life, new system, new environment
But what he gained was priceless:
🌏 international friends
🌏 new cultures
🌏 and Aussie accents that were… a bit confusing at first 😂
💼 Was it hard to find a job?
Krist started working while studying, beginning with a restaurant job

He didn’t choose jobs, just focused on gaining experience and exploring opportunities

As graduation got closer, he started seriously applying for IT roles
Sending applications non-stop until he landed an interview with a Thai company in Australia

At first, they were hiring for a System Admin role
But during the interview… surprise! 👀

His strong IT experience from Thailand stood out
And he got offered an IT role instead 🎯

He worked hard and helped transform the company’s system
from Excel-based processes to a proper software system

Result? Faster workflow, better efficiency, real impact

And finally…
✨ He got a work visa sponsorship!!! 👏👏👏
CZ Team also asked him a little question 👀
“Are you worried that AI will replace IT jobs?”

His answer?
“AI is actually SUPER useful!”

It helps speed up work massively
What used to take ages to build, now gets done much faster

💡 Such an interesting perspective
AI isn’t something to fear, it’s a powerful tool… if you know how to use it 😉

The vibe in Australia is getting lively right now 👀✨
because the Easter Day 2026 long holiday is cominggg 🐰🥚
The CZ Team and our partner schools are just as excited 😆
getting ready to pack our bags, take a little break, and recharge

📅 Holiday period: Friday 3 – Monday 6 April 2026
💼 Back to work: Tuesday 7 April 2026
Buttt before the holiday starts… 👀
If you’re planning to request documents, pay tuition fees, or sort out anything about your studies
The CZ Team would like to gently remind you…
better get things done early 🔥
Because once holiday mode is ON… everything is really on pause 😂
And right after we’re back… it’s straight into term time! 🎒✨

Did you know… after completing Cert III in Individual Support, you can upgrade your skills even more?
That means:
💰 Better job opportunities
💸 Higher pay
⏰ More shifts

Let me explain 👀🔥
After Cert III, you can:
✅ Support elderly clients
✅ Assist with showering and cleaning
✅ Run activities
✅ Help with daily living tasks
But there’s one thing you cannot do:
❌ You cannot administer medication.
Only a nurse can do that — even if you’re available, you’re not allowed. Rules are rules 😭
Now imagine this… What if you can:
✅ Provide care
✅ AND administer medication
More job opportunities?
More demand from employers?
The answer is YES 🔥
The course is:
💊 HLTHPS007 – Administer and Monitor Medications
This is a national unit designed for Aged Care and Disability workers.
After completing the course, you can:
- Administer medication under delegation
- Accurately calculate dosages
- Monitor side effects and handle emergencies
- Complete documentation according to Australian law
- Store medication correctly following infection control standards

Simply put, you go from a general Care Worker
to a Care Worker with medication competency ✨
💰 Will it increase your income?
Yes. Because you are no longer just a support worker —
you are a support worker who can also manage medication.
That means:
✔️ More job options
✔️ More shifts
✔️ Better career growth
📚 Who can enrol?
✅ Students who have completed Cert III in Aged Care / Individual Support
✅ Students who are currently studying Cert III (you can study both at the same time)
Where can you study?
CZ Team recommends Australian College of Community & Health Services (ACCHS) in Sydney 🇦🇺

💼✨ Who wants to be a PM? Hands up!

What is PM? 👀
PM stands for Project Management – one of the most popular career paths in Australia 🇦🇺
If you love organising, managing tasks, controlling the game, and making sure everything runs smoothly… this might be your career!
📚 What will you study?
In simple words, you’ll learn how to “manage everything”, including:
- Managing plans
- Managing timelines
- Managing budgets
- Managing people
- Managing risks

One main goal 👉 Finish projects on time, within budget, and keep the team happy.

The key skill? Communication.
You’ll be the middle person talking to clients, technical teams, managers, and suppliers.
In short: you need to solve problems and handle situations professionally 😌
🎓 What jobs can you do after graduation?
✨ Certificate IV in Project Management Practice → Project Administrator / Project Officer / Contracts Officer
✨ Diploma of Project Management → Project Manager / Team Leader / Coordinator
✨ Advanced Diploma of Project Management → Program Manager / Senior Project Manager

The best part? 🔥
This career is flexible across industries.

From hospitality → food chains
From healthcare → logistics
From creative fields → IT
As long as you understand processes and communicate well, you can move between industries.

Real example from CZ Team:
A friend of our friend used to be a musician…
Now working as a Project Manager in a well-known IT company in Australia.
Different background, same PM skills!
📈 Job market in Australia
PM roles are needed in many industries, especially:
- IT
- Government projects
- Infrastructure
- Construction
- And more

Bonus 👉 If you have PM skills + specific industry knowledge, your career will grow even faster ✨
💰 Salary in Australia (Payscale & Mastt Salary Guide reference)
Entry-level roles (Project Administrator / Officer)
💵 Around 60,000–90,000 AUD per year

More experience = higher position = higher salary 📈
👀 Who is this course suitable for?
✔️ You love planning and making to-do lists
✔️ You feel satisfied ticking off completed tasks
✔️ You’re good at communication and coordination
✔️ You’re not afraid of meetings

If you prefer controlling situations rather than letting situations control you… this is for you 😌
💵 Estimated tuition fees
- Certificate IV (1 year) | 5,400–8,000 AUD
- Diploma (1 year) | 5,400–8,000 AUD
- Advanced Diploma (2 years) | 10,800–16,000 AUD

Study only 2 days per week and work part-time at the same time ✨

📣 Today, CZ Team is breaking down IELTS — simple and clear!
We’ve been getting lots of questions:
“What is IELTS?”
“Do I really need to take it?”
Let’s explain 👇
💬 What is IELTS?
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is an international English test used for:
✨ Studying abroad (Australia, UK, Canada, etc.)
✨ Applying for jobs overseas
✨ PR or visa applications in Australia
(Always double-check with your school or visa authority — but for AU/UK/Canada, IELTS is widely accepted.)
🇦🇺 Why study IELTS in Australia?
💥 Native English teachers
💥 International classmates
💥 Daily speaking & listening practice (no escaping English!)
💥 Flexible timetable
📝 Types of IELTS
1️⃣ Academic – for university study (more formal & challenging)
2️⃣ General Training – for work or general visa purposes
4 parts: Listening / Reading / Writing / Speaking
Good news ✅ You can retake one section if needed.
Bad news ❌ The test fee isn’t cheap.

⏳ Results are valid for 2 years only.
🎯 Who should take an IELTS course?
✔️ You already have some English foundation
✔️ You need a score for study, visa, PR, or work
✔️ You want to boost your score seriously

If your English is still basic, CZ Team recommends:
👉 General English (GE) first
👉 Or EAP for university preparation
Build your foundation first — then aim for IELTS.
💰 IELTS Course Options in Sydney
1️⃣ IELTS Coaching – ECC
5-week intensive package – only $999
(For onshore students: Student / WAH / PR visa holders)
2️⃣ IELTS Preparation – Abbey College
Flexible 2–36 weeks, start from $200 per week

Many students start with English, then discover their pathway and build a long-term future in Australia ✨

🌈✨ Want to work in social services but not into hands-on care like lifting clients or childcare all day?
Yes, there is! And it’s a pathway many students overlook…
🎓 Diploma of Community Services
If you want to help people and make an impact 🌎 but prefer planning, case management, coordination and leadership — this course is for you.

Unlike Aged Care or Child Care (which are rewarding but physically demanding), Community Services focuses more on management + coordination, not daily personal care.
So what is it?
It’s about improving people’s quality of life — supporting vulnerable families, youth, people with disabilities, or those facing mental health challenges.
You focus on assessment, planning, problem-solving and counselling 💬✨
📚 What you’ll study (approx. 2 years):
• Case Management & risk assessment
• Program coordination & budgeting
• Leadership & team management
• Legal & ethical practice
• Mental health & crisis intervention

Graduating with team leader vibes, not just entry-level staff 👀
💼 Career outcomes:
• Case Manager
• Team Leader / Coordinator
• Program Coordinator
• Family Support Worker
• Youth Worker
• Disability Support Coordinator

This pathway is about thinking, planning and leading — not personal daily care.
🎉 Bonus: Speaking another language is a big advantage in multicultural Australia — but strong English is essential!
💰 Tuition (approx.)
Onshore: AUD $16,000++
Offshore: AUD $18,000++

🌈🍳 Want to become a Chef in Australia? Where do you start?

Future MasterChefs, gather here 👩‍🍳🔥
Confused between Cert III, Cert IV or Hospitality? CZ Team is here to simplify it ☕✨
What should you study?
The popular pathway 👉 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
This course doesn’t just teach cooking — it prepares you to become a future Head Chef 👑
You’ll learn:
🍳 Advanced cooking across all sections — meats, seafood, sauces, bakery, desserts (deeper than Cert III)
💰 Menu design, costing & profit planning
👥 Team leadership, rostering & real kitchen problem-solving
🛡️ Food safety systems & compliance

You’re not just cooking — you’re learning to run the kitchen game 🔥
Can you skip Cert III?
It depends on the college.
Some require Cert III first.
Some include Cert III units within Cert IV.

✅ Cert III is a strong foundation, but always check with your institution.
Career Path?
🔹 Commis Chef / Cook (Cert III is enough to start)
🔹 Chef de Partie (1–2 yrs experience)
🔹 Sous Chef (2–5 yrs)
🔹 Head Chef (3–5+ yrs)

Strong skills + great attitude = faster promotion 🚀
Tuition & Salary?
🎓 Cert IV tuition: approx. AUD $15,000++
💵 Starting pay: $28–$30/hour
📊 Average salary: $60K–$70K+ per year (Source: Fair Work Australia)

Higher positions = higher income 💅✨
PR Opportunity?
Yes, Chef is on the skilled occupation list 🇦🇺
But PR depends on experience, English level, visa criteria & state requirements.
Always consult a registered migration agent.

🔥 A High-Demand Career with Non-Stop Job Opportunities — Working with Kids & Full of Heart 💖
If we’re talking about careers in Australia that

Yes, working with kids can be tiring 😂

👉 and it’s a skills-shortage occupation in Australia
📍 Where to start?
👉 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
Graduate = job-ready 💥
No university required. No long study years.
⏰ How long does it take?
- In Australia: Short Course, ~3–4 months (including placement)

🔥 A career that keeps winning — easy to find jobs, great hourly rates 💸
If we’re talking about in-demand jobs in Australia right now, CZ Team has to say this…
👉 Aged Care is definitely top of the list! 👑

CZ Team can confidently say this from real experience — we’ve helped tons of students get into this field.
Some of them even got job offers before finishing their course… no joke 😆
📍 So, what do you need to study to work in Aged Care?
It’s simple — just complete Certificate III in Individual Support.
Graduate = start working straight away 💥
No uni, no long years of study.
⏰ How long does it take to finish?
CZ Team breaks it down into 2 easy groups 👇

✨ If you’re already in Australia
(Student Visa / WAH / PR / Citizen / other visas — basically no need to apply for a new visa)
👉 You can enrol in a Cert III Short Course
⏳ Takes only around 3–4 months (including work placement)
Fast-track skills, fast-track jobs — finish fast, work fast! ⚡

✨ If you’re outside Australia
You’ll need a Student Visa and enrol in the Full Course
⏳ Around 6 months — still considered very short compared to many other pathways
💼 What jobs can you get after Cert III?
Here are some popular roles 👀
- Aged Care Worker
- Support Worker / Carer
- Home Care Worker (in-home support)
- Care Assistant / AIN

CZ Team recommends jumping on SEEK and searching “Aged Care” — you’ll see tons of job listings 📈
So yes, this is one of those fields where job security is real 💼
💰 Are the pay rates actually good?
We wouldn’t hype it if it wasn’t 😏 These rates are based on Fair Work (Australian law)

💵 Starting rates (Level 2 – where most grads begin):
- Full-time / Part-time: ≈ $27–28/hour
- Casual: ≈ $34–35/hour

But wait...
Work on weekends or public holidays and 💥 pay can jump to $40–70+/hour

Night shifts 🌙? Yeah… even better 💸💸
🎯 Who is this course good for?
- You need to genuinely enjoy caring for others. Some seniors are sweet, some are demanding — the job can be light or physically demanding. Both heart and body need to be ready.
- Perfect for people who ✔ want fast upskilling ✔ can work legally in Australia ✔ want solid job options + good pay
- If your long-term goal is PR, one Cert III alone isn’t enough — you’ll need further study + work experience.

👉 Rules change every year, so always talk to professionals for the latest advice.
💸 Is the tuition expensive?
It depends on the course type.
✨ Short Course:
CZ Team works with trusted colleges that have trained many successful students.
✔ Fast-track
✔ Affordable (from just $2,500 — finish in 4 months, crazy right? 😆)
✔ Open to Work & Holiday, PR, Citizens, and visas that allow study.
✨ Full Course:
A complete program with CoE — perfect if you need a Student Visa.

Honestly, it’s way cheaper than uni and the ROI is super fast if you land a job quickly 😉
