Before the visa comes:

🚨 Important Update for Education Agents: Onshore Transfer Commissions

Australia has introduced an important change affecting education agent commissions.

Education providers are now prohibited from paying agent commissions for certain onshore student transfers after a student has already commenced studying with another provider.

This does not mean all agent commissions have stopped. The rule specifically targets onshore transfers, with some exceptions and transitional arrangements.

For agents, understanding when a student is considered a transfer versus progressing to further study is becoming more important than ever.
