People buy feelings, not features. 💓

When directing and shooting a commercial campaign for Beam AU, the goal wasn’t to highlight top speeds or technical specs.

Viewers don't connect with those stuff, they connect with emotion and experience. That’s why I ditched the rigid product shots and focused entirely on genuine human emotion.

My Approach to the Shoot in 2 lines:

💓 Direction over Posing: Instead of static poses, I directed the talents to actually ride, explore, and react to the scenery in real time.

💓 Capturing Motion: Photographing true movement gives the assets that candid, high-energy feel.

And the result? Authentic visual assets that sell the feeling of effortless city exploration.

A successful marketing campaign isn't about showing a product; it’s about making the audience imagine themselves in the frame. That’s the difference between a simple photo and a converting visual asset.

A drinks promo photographed at the bar sells better than one photographed on a white background. People want to know where they'd be sitting.

Palm Court Bar & Lounge in Darwin, new drinks promotion, shot for social and ads.

Portrait orientation on purpose. Ads run vertical now, and a landscape frame cropped down to fit loses the part of the room that made it worth photographing. Worth telling whoever shoots your next promo before they start.
