Our Agency were tasked with bringing to life one of Sydney’s most crafted boutique buildings in the inner city suburb of Surry Hills for Freehold Capital. Designed by Smart Design Studios, On Bourke is as much a sculptural work of art as it is a collection of four whole floor residences. Our in-house 3d rendering process captured both form and light in a delightful way with the behaviour of textural elements being considered and executed to the nth degree. The brand identity reflected the architectural form nicely with curves in all the right places. Sales results have seen record breaking per square metre prices being achieved in 2018 and our brochure won the prestigious real estate category award at the 2018 Australasian Catalogue Awards. On Bourke is a testament to our passion for creating beautiful work and maintaining impeccable in-house 3D and graphic design standards, regardless of a project’s size or budget.
