2019! What an unbelievable year! As some of you know, in may, i made the decision to take the step from being a home based business, working out of a garage, to operating out of a shop on parramatta road, petersham. Ive had to make many sacrifices to to get it off the ground - i spent the first 4 weeks sleeping in the shop and then when that became unbearable i slept in the car for another 5 weeks to save money to put in to the business. The inside of the shop is still a work in progress but things are heading in the right direction and ive regained some work/life balance. To say it has been stressful would be an understatement!

But its been equal parts challenging and rewarding. Its forced me to look at myself and try to work with what i have. And so personally its been a year of firsts - pilates, meditation, and outdoor climbing - I guess you never stop learning. I would like to thank all of my customers for a fantastic year - I hope my work has at the very least matched your expectations! Bring on 2020!
