We’ve proudly been on the path towards a Reconciliation Action Plan since 2022, which we kicked off with an all-agency Aboriginal Dreaming Walking Tour.

Continuing this journey, we’d like to recognise that January 26 marks a day of deep loss for many First Nations people. To this end, we’re giving our staff the option to take the January 26 public holiday on an alternative day.

It’s a small step, but one that we hope better recognises the role of First Nations people in Australia’s history dating back 60,000+ years.

Who doesn’t love a free lunch? To create value (and a full stomach) for our people, we’re bringing back our all-agency lunches on a monthly basis. A small initiative, but one that’s sure to hit the spot. 🥪🥙🥗
