A little behind the scenes with De’Longhi ☕️

JOY visited the team at the Coffee Lounge for an immersion session - learning all things coffee, seeing the latest machines in action, and tasting a range of different drinks along the way. From bean to brew, it was the perfect way to experience what makes every cup so special.

Amelia and Madeleine spent the week in Cairns and came back with a lot to think about.

Three things that landed:

🧠 Paula Bloodworth on why trusting your instincts is still the sharpest tool in the room.
💪 Nedd Brockmann on what it actually means to do the right thing, even when it’s uncomfortable.
🔎 Jane Evans with an honest (and slightly confronting) look at the algorithm and what we’re feeding it.

And the moments between sessions matter just as much. It was great to spend time with our MECCA clients, Annabel Williams and Steven Cutajar. Plus good friend of JOY, Morihiko Hasebe, Executive Creative Director at Hakuhodo Inc.
Three days, a lot of good people, and even better conversations.

From cheesecake to cookies to orange poppy seed cake, our team took Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea very seriously today 🍰☕️

We spent the morning raising money for Cancer Council Australia - with our dedicated taste testers working extremely hard in the name of a great cause.

That’s a morning well spent 💛
