Hospitality met the Merrigong Theatre Company stage last week, in Lachlan Grogan’s production ‘Service’ developed with MerrigongX.🕺🏽🍽️🎭

After working in Illawarra’s hospitality industry for years, Lachlan channeled his experiences, the good, the bad and the ugly, into a dance theatre collision that hit the stage from 24-26 September.

“It’s taking all of these very human moments and pushing them into this absurd place, telling these stories for people through movement and dance”, shared Lachlan.

Wollongong audiences were treated to a restaurant extravaganza, which served up much more than your typical dining experience!
