A few years ago my eldest daughter looked at me and asked,

“Mum, what do you even do?”

And honestly… fair question.

Because in the eyes of a four year old, “I support coaches, creatives, and business owners behind the scenes with admin, marketing, tech, systems, content, and backend operations” does not exactly sound like a real job.
So every time she asks, I try to explain it in a way that makes sense to her little world.

Something like:

I help people on the computer so they do not cry.

I help business owners remember what they forgot.

I click buttons and make grown ups happy.

I fix tiny problems before they become big problems.

I talk to my laptop so we can buy snacks.

Still not sure she fully gets it.

But one day, I hope she understands that what I really do is help business owners feel less overwhelmed, more organised, and more supported behind the scenes.

For now, I’ll accept that she probably thinks I just drink coffee and type all day.

She is not completely wrong.

Hi, I’m Lyn, the face behind Lyn Ebon Virtual Services.

I’m a Philippines based virtual assistant, mum of two, book lover, tech and AI enthusiast, and someone who genuinely loves helping business owners feel more organised, visible, and supported.

For almost 8 years, I have been working behind the scenes with coaches, creatives, and solo business owners, helping with the moving parts that often feel small but take up so much mental space.

Things like content, emails, admin tasks, scheduling, newsletters, lead magnets, Pinterest, SEO, funnels, and the everyday details that keep a business running.

I know how much heart business owners pour into their work.
I also know how overwhelming it can feel when you are trying to hold every piece on your own.

That is why I love being the calm support behind the scenes.
The person helping you stay organised.
The person keeping things moving.
The person making sure the little details do not get forgotten.
Because support is not just about ticking tasks off a list.

It is about creating more space, more ease, and more breathing room so you can focus on the work you are here to do.

So if you are new here, welcome.

I’m Lyn, and I love helping business owners feel less overwhelmed and more supported behind the scenes.

No one really talks about the mental load of running a business.

The tabs open on your laptop are one thing.
But the tabs open in your mind?
That is a whole different story.

The email you still need to reply to.
The post you meant to schedule.
The client follow up you keep remembering at random times of the day.
The invoice you need to send.
The lead magnet you started but never finished.
The tiny website update.
The calendar invite.
The caption draft.

The “I’ll do it later” task that has been sitting there for weeks.

And somehow, even when you are not technically working, your brain still feels like it is.

That is the part many business owners quietly carry.

Not because they are disorganised.
Not because they are lazy.
Not because they are not capable.
But because they are holding too many moving pieces at once.

And when you are the one creating the offer, serving the clients, showing up online, replying to messages, managing the backend, and trying to plan what comes next, it can start to feel heavy.

This is why support matters.
Not just support that ticks off tasks.

But support that helps you feel like there is structure again.

Someone who can help keep things organised.
Someone who can follow through on the details.
Someone who can help make sure the backend does not keep pulling you away from the work only you can do.

Because sometimes the next level of your business is not about doing more.

Sometimes it is about no longer doing everything alone.
And if your business has been feeling heavier than usual, maybe it is not a sign that you are failing.

Maybe it is a sign that you are ready for support that helps things feel calmer, clearer, and more manageable again.

You are allowed to build a business that does not require you to carry every single detail by yourself.

If this feels familiar, let this be your reminder that support is not a weakness. It is part of building something sustainable.

I have space to take on 2 new clients this month.

I usually work with coaches, creatives, and solo business owners who are doing amazing things but are also juggling way too much behind the scenes.

I can help with admin, emails, Canva graphics, social media support, website updates, funnels, landing pages, lead magnets, and keeping the backend more organised.

So if your business is starting to feel a little messy behind the scenes, or you know you need support but don’t know where to start, feel free to message me.

I’d be happy to talk things through and see what kind of support would actually make things easier for you.

Being a VA is not for the weak.

We are part admin, part tech support, part content assistant, part detective, part therapist, and part password recovery specialist.

And somehow, we still reply with:

“Sure, let me check that for you.” 😂

Thank you, God, for the things you heal, the things you redeem, the millions of ways you have blessed me. ❤️ ❤️

Not every day in your business will feel productive.

For solo business owners, some days look like:
replying to one message
ticking off one small task
showing up even when it feels slow

And that still counts 🤍

Because real growth isn’t always loud or visible
it’s built in the quiet, consistent moments

Comparison in the coaching industry is quiet but constant.

You open your phone and it feels like everyone is announcing something. A new offer. A sold out launch. A revenue milestone.

And even if you’re doing well, a small part of you can start thinking…
Am I behind?

The truth is, most of what we see online is momentum at its peak.
Not the slow build.
Not the doubt.
Not the months where nothing dramatic happened.

Building a coaching business properly takes time.
Clarity takes time.
Trust takes time.

Fast growth looks impressive.
Steady growth lasts longer.

If you’ve ever felt behind, you’re not failing.
You’re just in the middle of your build.

The journey of a creative entrepreneur is made up of moments most people never really see.

The first client. The first enquiry. The first message from someone who genuinely connected with your work.

They might look small from the outside, but they mean everything when you’re the one building it.

Those are the moments that remind you this isn’t just an idea anymore.

It’s becoming something real.Something that’s reaching people.Something that matters.

And that kind of milestone deserves to be felt.....

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the work itself.

It’s staying connected to why you started
when things feel quiet.

When the results are slow.
When no one’s replying.
When it feels like you’re putting so much out there and hearing nothing back.

That’s usually where doubt gets loud.

And in those moments, belief matters.

Not loud confidence.
Not fake motivation.

Just enough faith in your work to keep showing up
before the proof fully arrives.
