🎬 Coffs Harbour Film Studio – One Step Closer! 🎬

After four years of advocacy, I’m thrilled to share that the Coffs Harbour film studio is powering ahead – thanks to a $5.5 million commitment from the NSW Government to build a critical noise and amenity wall.

This breakthrough means the project can move forward at Pacific Bay Resort as planned. Without the wall – needed due to the Bypass removing a natural buffer – the entire project risked being stalled indefinitely.

This is a gamechanger for Coffs.

✅ A brand-new industry for our region
✅ Jobs and investment for locals
✅ A platform to showcase Coffs on the world stage

Let’s get this project through the final planning approvals and start building a future Coffs can be proud of.
