Embodying the seasonal changes with Embodied Breathwork's Spring Retreat 🌞🌻🫶🏾

Capturing this soul-nourishing half-day retreat was incredible, as always! I had the privilege of observing and capturing content of women embracing the energy of spring while releasing old, winter energy. It’s always beautiful to create content with such amazing and inspiring ladies, especially in an industry that I hold close to my heart.

PREPARING FOR A CONTENT SHOOT 🎥

To ensure you're getting the most out of our content shoots, I place a lot of focus on preparation, making sure my mind is clear of any clutter.

A clutter-free mind = more creation!! 🙇🏼‍♀️

I always find my creative mind works better when I have a clear workspace, my equipment within hands reach and a candle burning.

By having a clear plan and process in place, including shot lists, schedules, and necessary equipment, I make the most of my time during the shoot.

Preparing for a shoot allows me to brainstorm ideas, explore different concepts, and experiment with creative techniques 🎯
