💥 Did you know 68% of online experiences begin with a search engine?

If your website isn't ranking well, you could be missing out on a huge number of potential customers.

I recently chatted with a tour operator who'd been struggling to promote a new tour, despite working with an SEO agency.

They wanted to rank their existing site for this new tour, but the agency's short-sighted strategy missed the mark.

Instead of listening to their needs, the agency developed a whole new website, complete with different branding and a new domain name. 🤯

This doubled the workload in ongoing SEO optimisation and managing two websites, diluted their brand, and confused the market.

🚫 The new site brought in zero new bookings, turning into an expensive exercise in lost time and missed opportunities.

We had a chance to audit their websites and explain where things went wrong. We provided them with an actionable report to turn things around.

If you are frustrated with your current SEO and website performance, send me a DM with AUDIT and we'll get you sorted. 🤙

Ever felt like OTAs are not giving your adventure business the attention it deserves?

High commission rates, subpar customer service, and unfair cancellation fees can be discouraging.

Worse, you watch as competitors get better exposure despite your significant investments.

👉This is your sign to focus on your own website to drive more direct bookings.

The money saved from paying OTA commissions can fuel long term SEO growth and your own marketing efforts, putting you in direct control of your bookings and customer relationships.

“Yes, but HOW!?”

👉With Rända's Digital Growth Framework

We don't do the conventional once-and-done approach - we use real-time data, user behaviour, and business goals to ensure your website stays relevant and effective.

We start with a comprehensive analysis of your business needs, crafting a strategy that aligns with your goals and ideal clients.

Instead of striving for a 'perfect' website, we launch your site with essential features quickly to start gathering insights.

This launchpad site is then continuously refined based on user feedback and real-time data.

Our goal is to provide you with a website that grows with your business. We don't just set you up and step away; it's an ongoing partnership.

We make data-driven decisions to implement continuous SEO optimisations and content updates and expanding features as needed to meet your business goals.

Our data-driven strategy bridges the gap between marketing and web design, enhancing user experience and conversion rates.

Regular strategic reviews ensure that your marketing efforts remain targeted and growth-focused in an ever changing digital world.

Our approach cuts out the guesswork, lowers risk, and delivers superior outcomes over time. This means not just a visually stunning website, but one that genuinely performs.

Are you waiting for “the right time”?

When I was 14, my parents went on an overseas holiday, leaving me home with the promise that I could travel as much as I wanted when I “grew up”.

This idea stayed with me and eventually led me to pursue a career in tourism and travelling the world.

Now, living in Australia, 13,000 km from my childhood home in Estonia, I often recall my mum’s advice about setting goals and taking action.

In conversations with tour operators, I frequently hear, “I’ll get my website sorted when the time is right.”

Usually, that’s code for “when I have more money, time, or tech skills, or when my existing site just can’t cut it anymore.”

They often feel overwhelmed by choices, hesitant to embrace change, or stuck waiting for a perfect moment that might never come.

Establishing a strong online presence takes time. The sooner you start, the quicker you’ll see the results.

If you have been putting off updating your website - stop waiting for the stars to align and take action.

You only need to take the first step - book a brainstorm call and we’ll get you unstuck.

Ever feel like you’re shouting into the wilderness, trying to get your adventure brand noticed?

As marketing and design experts who love a good adventure, we’ve spent years learning just what it takes to build a strong online presence that delivers results.

To ramp up direct bookings through your website, you need to nail three things:

Effective Communication:

It’s all about hitting the right note with your potential clients.

When your message is clear and connects with your audience, you’ll book more bums on seats.

User-Friendly Experience:

No one likes to feel lost, especially online.

Your website should be straightforward, load quickly and guide your customers effortlessly to what you offer.

A smooth journey on your site = more direct bookings.

Increased Visibility:

SEO may seem complex but it’s really about making sure people can find you easily when they’re searching for their next adventure.

The typical website conversion rate hovers between 1-3%. So, for every 100 visitors, you can expect 1 to 3 bookings.

Better search engine rankings mean more eyes on your site and, ultimately, more bookings and increased revenue.

Do you know where your website is sitting in those key areas?

You can’t improve on what you don’t know.

Our website performance and SEO audits will analyse your data for an in-depth and insightful summary of your website's current performance to give you the lay of the land and a roadmap to improve.

Send us a DM with “Audit” for more information.

Let’s make your digital presence as epic as the adventures you provide.

How well does your adventure website convert to direct bookings?

Having a pretty website is one thing, but if it’s not your best sales person, you are missing out on business.

As an adventurer, its important for us to suppor a business that prioritises sustainability and the communities they work in.

We want to know that our money directly contributes to something bigger than just our life changing adventures.

We want to know you look after the local people and put your money where your mouth is.

Now think about how you communicate your adventures on your website.

If you only focus on the what and the how, you are missing out on building trust with your customers.

And trust is a big thing in a competitive industry like tourism.

Leading with why you do what you do goes a long way building that trust.

Your values will and experiences will make you relatable and put people at ease.

When you lead with why, it inspires people to take action.

I know its easier said than done, so if you want to brainstorm some ideas with me, send me a DM.

If this got you thinking, I’d love to know your “why you do what you do”. 👇

Are you an adventure business using stock photos?

Perhaps you are thinking that you don't have the time or budget to organise a photoshoot?

Or that stock imagery surely can't have that much of an impact on your website?

Research from Marketing Experiments found that websites with authentic photos saw a whopping 35% higher conversion rate than those with stock images.

So, while it may seem that stock imagery saves you time and money upfront, think about the long-term implications for your brand's authenticity and trustworthiness.

Real pictures of happy customers on adventures are incredibly powerful for marketing.

They connect with people emotionally, more than any generic stock images.

Investing in professional imagery will build trust and lets you highlight why your adventures stand out.

You can also offer incentives for travellers to share their best tour or scenic photos after their adventure.

Do you or you team use stock images in your marketing collateral? Let me know in the comments!
