If you want to make the most of K-beauty shopping in Seoul, start with TonyMoly. Here's why.

I walked past this TonyMoly store and the "SALE SALE SALE" banner plus a massive "LIZ'S PICK" display featuring IVE's Liz pulled me straight in.

Once inside: rows of K-beauty products everywhere. Sheet masks stacked up. Skincare sets. Cute packaging for everything.

And then I saw the deal sign: 10+10+5 — buy 10, get 10 more, get 5 more, ALL for 10,000 won. That's 25 K-beauty products for about $10 Australian. I nearly fell over.

There was also a 20+10 free gift promotion on selected items.

The whole store has this bright, sparkly, very Korean aesthetic like you're walking into a skincare dream.

If you're planning a Seoul trip and want to stock up on K-beauty, TonyMoly is the spot to start.

I have been to a LOT of restaurants in China over the past few months. But this one stopped me completely in my tracks. 🤯

I walked into this Chaoshan-style restaurant in Guangdong not quite knowing what to expect. I had heard the words "Chaoshan cuisine" once or twice. But honestly, I had no real idea what it was.

Turns out, it is one of China's most extraordinary regional food traditions. And almost nobody outside of Asia knows it exists.

Chaoshan food (also called Teochew or Chiu Chow cuisine) comes from the eastern part of Guangdong province. It is known for being light, clean, and incredibly fresh, completely different from the heavy, saucy Chinese food most of us know back home in Australia.

I tried the soy-braised pork. The fresh steamed fish. A congee so silky and smooth I honestly couldn't stop eating it. And a dipping sauce that I am still thinking about three days later.

Here is the truth about Chinese food: what we eat in Australia is a tiny, tiny slice of what Chinese cuisine actually is. There are hundreds of regional food traditions across this country. Chaoshan is just one of them — and it might be one of the best.

Have you ever tried Chaoshan or Teochew food? Tell me your experience below! 👇

I was walking down a street in Shenzhen, China, minding my own business. And then I stopped dead in my tracks.

A robot dog. On the street. Dancing.

And I mean DANCING. Proper, coordinated, rhythmic dancing. Better than most people I know. (Better than me, honestly. But let's not dwell on that.) 😂

Shenzhen is the tech capital of China, and that feels like a massive understatement once you're actually there. This city is building the future. Not talking about it. Actually building it.

The innovation here is something else. And it is happening right now, in real time, on actual streets where actual people walk past robot dogs as if it were a completely normal Tuesday.

I think about what we talk about as "the future" when I'm back in Australia. And then I think about Shenzhen. And the gap is enormous.

I loved every single minute of exploring this city. And this dancing robot dog is now my favourite thing I have ever filmed.

Have you been to Shenzhen? Or is this your first look at it? Tell me what you think below!

Growing up in Australia, I thought I knew what dim sum was.

Yum cha on a Sunday morning with the family. Trolleys going past. Har gow, siu mai, egg tarts. I loved it.

But nothing....absolutely nothing, prepared me for dim sum in Guangzhou.

Guangzhou is where dim sum was born. This is the original. This is where all the tradition comes from. And visiting China's most famous dim sum restaurant felt like coming home, except it was 100 times better than anywhere I'd ever been.

The room was packed with families speaking Cantonese, laughing, pouring tea, waving down the trolley. Steam rising everywhere. The sounds and smells hitting you all at once.

And the food. Oh my goodness, the food. Fresh. Hot. Perfect. I lost count of how many dishes arrived at the table.

If you have ever had yum cha back home in Australia and loved it, I promise you, you need to do this. Come to Guangzhou. Sit down for dim sum. And let yourself be completely amazed.

Have you been to Guangzhou for yum cha? Tell me below! 👇

I think I just experienced one of the best dinners ever! 😲

My girlfriends in China invited me to a very special place in Guangzhou called Bingsheng Private Kitchen. It is a Michelin-rated restaurant, and every single dish surprised me.

We started with a special salad, then apple soup, and even roasted pigeon! But my favourite part was the famous pineapple bread that people line up for.

After we ate, we drove through the city. The tall buildings and bright lights made it feel like the future of Asia.

Have you ever tried fancy Chinese food like this? Let me know in the comments! ❤️

I flew all the way from Sydney to China to check out something that could change how we think about housing forever.

With house prices in Australia being so crazy, I had to see if there were other ideas out there.

These are modular homes!

They are built in pieces inside a giant factory and can be set up in just a few weeks.

It was amazing to walk through them, they felt just like a normal house, but with some seriously cool tech.
What do you think? Could this be a solution for more affordable homes in Australia?

Forget candlelit dinners, I'm all about those departure dates! 😂

My idea of a perfect date is seeing a new destination on the airport departures board. The only commitment I need is to my next flight! So excited for the next adventure.
