I’ve never been a motivated person, and my motivation is always up and down - but I’ve done pretty well for myself and the key is Habits and momentum.

If you put small tasks into your routine and habits everyday, you will achieve more through consistency than you would ever by relying on motivation 🫡

Let’s talk about the concept of motivation because I lowkey think it’s a lie :P

I’ve never been a motivated person, and my motivation is always up and down - but I’ve done pretty well for myself and the key is Habits and momentum.

And one of the things I’m never motivated to do is creating yapping content like this so now I’m gonna try and make a habit out of it everytime I prep breakfast 🫡

What i love about Bali is that there is something for everyone but whenever I can I always try to support Balinese owned businesses and here are some cute spots I’ve been going back to! 

Cloud Bakery Bali Ubud- very cute and open spacious cafe, perfect for working & meetings. Their salt bread is good and lots of options on their menu 

Honai Resort Ubud - one of the resorts with the most unique personality and energy. perfect for retreats and yoga lovers

Warung Sika Canggu - my go to local food spot and it gets busy for tourists & locals!

Bali Lash studio Kerobokan - small spot but my monthly lash girl, local prices and incredible quality 

Dragun Beauty Ubud - another very local spot but I love their nail art 

Sun Sun Warung Ubud - beautiful balinese restaurant with a large indonesian menu and everything is good!

We walked past this beautiful Abu Ayu selling her handmade dessert on the side of the road and we just had to try a bit of everything

I’ve had Klepon and lak lak before but not the others and everything was sooo good.

I thought they’d be really sweet but they were perfect!

A lot of other passerbys stopped to chat to us and it was the cutest moment ever - travel like this is where it’s at !!

A weekend in Canggu La Mewali Resort & Spa Canggu by Ini Vie Hospitality coz I wanted a bougie staycation 🤭

A moment for my room at the resort, it looked like a cave and my pool area was soo beautiful. I loved everything about this resort !

I get asked a lot why I love Bali when there’s so much traffic and fake life coaches etc

But honestly none of the things I see on the internet about why Bali is bad is actually a true reflection of Bali.

Bali gives me beautiful small meaningful moments, it strips everything back and always gives me the most beautiful side of humanity. And the kids next door remind me that everyday.

I genuinely feel truly rich because I get to experience the culture and energy here
