Last Tuesday we had the pleasure of attending Food & Hospitality Week at the ICC, visiting the Mauri stall and catching up with the Mauri Australia team, chefs, and members of the wider community who we regularly connect with online.
It was a great opportunity to step away from the screen and connect in person, sharing conversations about craft, ingredients, and the industry we’re all passionate about.
A particular highlight was tasting pizza made with Mauri 00 flour... 😍
Grateful for the time with the Mauri team and everyone we met throughout the day. Always valuable to interact, learn, and experience the products in action.
