Qualifying this morning was cut short but we had enough time to set a PB seeing us start race one in P6.

Race one, had some good battles in the top ten losing a couple spots then making them back up again. Setting another PB finishing where we started in P6. After scrutineering we were disqualified following a small knock putting our camber out. Gutted to be starting tomorrow at the back. Can only go forward from here though.

After a very disappointing start to the 2026 season, we have a newly built engine by Excel Garage . This was only made possible by Martyn Sparks and Wayne Sparks, thank you!!

Round 1 / Day 1 wrap up

Qualifying this morning was a one lap dash so not much time to get a good time in.

We started Race 1 in P12, got a good start moving up a few spots in the first lap. Lost straight line speed and couldn’t hold on, finishing back where we started in P12.

Lots of work to do on the car ready for race 2 @ 3 tomorrow 🤟
