Congratulations to our client, Chris Webb, on his appointment as CEO of the Australian Bushmen’s Campdraft & Rodeo Association.

An exciting next chapter, and one that sits alongside Chris’s continued work through Blue Ribbon High Performance, supporting leaders and organisations across sport, business and beyond.

We’re proud to work with Chris and to support the ongoing growth of his leadership platform as he steps into this important role.

Well deserved - and we’re looking forward to what’s ahead.

I’m stepping into 2026 with an additional leadership role, having been appointed CEO of the Australian Bushmen’s Campdraft & Rodeo Association.

Importantly, this sits alongside my continued work as Founder of Blue Ribbon High Performance, and my ongoing advisory work across sport, business and leadership.

High performance isn’t industry-specific. The principles that underpin strong systems, culture and decision-making apply everywhere, especially in environments under pressure.

I’m looking forward to contributing to ABCRA’s future while continuing the work I do every day with leaders and organisations across multiple sectors.

We’ve been working quietly alongside Walcha Council as they navigate communications following the Walcha Motorcycle Rally.

Our thoughts are with the community, and with everyone impacted by the accident 💛🖤

While we are unable to share any personal details due to privacy, we can confirm that two individuals remain in hospital following the derby accident.

They are in a stable condition and face a considerable recovery journey ahead.

Our thoughts remain firmly with them, their families, and everyone affected, including the Walcha community and the wider Rally family.

This has been an incredibly challenging time for many, and we continue to stand with those who are hurting.

We thank the community for their care, patience and compassion as the healing continues.

We had the privilege of being invited back for our second year covering the Walcha Motorcycle Rally on Friday and Saturday - a community and an event we’ve grown to genuinely love.

Last night was incredibly difficult for everyone and like so many, felt the shock, the emotion, and the heaviness that settled across the grounds and the wider community.

Our hearts are with every single person who has been impacted.

Walcha is a town with so much heart 🩷

A place we’ve worked in for many years, where the people, the spirit and the sense of community are unlike anywhere else. The rally has always been a highlight for locals and visitors alike, and seeing the town hurting is heartbreaking.

Please continue to hold Walcha close. Support the businesses, visit when you can, and keep this beautiful community in your thoughts as they navigate the days ahead.
