Niba Digital didn’t start as a grand plan.
For years I did bits and pieces of digital marketing, for different businesses, across different industries. But it was through my day job in tourism that I kept seeing the same thing repeated, over and over.
Genuinely great businesses — operators who knew their product inside out, who cared deeply about the experience they were delivering — let down by a digital presence that didn’t reflect any of it.
Not bad businesses. Not people who didn’t care. Just operators who were deep in the work of running a tourism business and didn’t have the time, the expertise, or the right person to help them get it right online.
I knew the industry. I had the digital background. And I kept thinking — someone should be doing this specifically for tourism.
So I stopped waiting for that person to show up.
That’s Niba Digital. Built from the inside of the industry, not looking at it from the outside. Which means when I’m working on your website I’m not just thinking about design — I’m thinking about your guest, your season, your booking flow, and what a traveller actually needs to see before they commit.
That’s the difference.
