Dear HappyToo Community,

We have made the tough decision to pause our delivery service since 1st of Feb.2024. We understand this may come as a surprise, so we wanted to explain the reasons behind this decision:

1. Difficulty in Managing Delivery Operations: Managing our delivery operations has proven to be increasingly challenging. We've encountered logistical hurdles that have made it difficult to maintain the level of service and quality that we strive for.

2. Technological Limitations: Despite our best efforts, we've faced limitations in implementing the necessary technological improvements to streamline our delivery processes. This has hindered our ability to enhance the customer experience and optimise efficiency.

3. New Focus: Rest assured, this decision is not the end for HappyToo. We are shifting our focus to new opportunities that align more closely with our long-term goals and vision. While delivery may be taking a break for now, we are excited about the future and the possibilities it holds.

Dear Customers and Supporters,

We regret to inform you that effective 1st February, the 'Delivery-by-HappyToo' service will no longer be available. We understand this news may come as a surprise. Operating our own delivery service has presented challenges, leading to this decision.

Temporarily, our service, including a Click & Collect, Business-Own-Delivery and booking, is NOT available for next 1-2 months.
