About the business
Micromex is a mid-sized market research company specialising in market and community and social research. We have our own call centre, field interviewers, and online survey capabilities, plus extensive qualitative research experience. We have a great team, who service a diverse range of regional and metro clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic marketing/research coordinator to join our expanding team.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Manage a variety of projects from start to finish delivering high quality, robust client outcomes
• Work with stakeholders to design/script and review questionnaires
• Undertake quantitative & qualitative research analyses
• Liaise with stakeholders in regard to their requirements and delivery of project outcomes
• Interpret data, provide analysis as required for stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired skills/experience:
• 2 years' experience working in a marketing/research/insights focused role
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Well versed in MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word
• Experience with Q, SPSS or other statistical software
Whilst the above skills/experience are desired, the role will be afforded significant support and mentorship. We are an organisation who strive to support staff and champion personal growth.
As the role progresses you will have an opportunity to expand your account/project management skills.
Salary commensurate with experience, with the opportunity for bonuses. Post onboarding there is potentially the opportunity to partly work from home for applicants that live outside of the Central Coast.
