Anna Joan Heitzmann

Anna Joan Heitzmann Starting this business, was to conquer my own fear of failure. I chose to step outside the box—because nothing changes if nothing changes.

Now I help others reach their full potential, supporting them taking bold action, and rewrite what’s possible.

Life is always teaching us in a variety of ways. Some good some bad. It's important in every situation to learn a lesson. At the time you may not know what that lesson being taught is but eventually you will understand.

The time has come to say farewell. It's off to market for these Lads. It's been an enjoyable journey.

If you’re reading this and quietly thinking,
“I’d love that to be me…”
maybe this is the sign you’ve been waiting for.
Yesterday I found myself talking with women — at work and socially — about menopause and the very real struggles so many of us are navigating.
What struck me most was this:
menopause doesn’t discriminate.
Some women move through it barely noticing a thing.
Others feel like their body and mind have been completely hijacked — to the point they don’t even recognise the woman they’ve gradually become.
The biggest struggles are:
weight gain that refuses to leave
loss of motivation
and a significant drop in self-esteem
And none of this means you’re weak.
It’s physiology. Hormones and Body Chemistry — much of it outside your control.
When you reach this point, you start looking for help.
And help comes from everywhere. GPs. Specialists. Friends. The internet. Social media. Opinions everywhere you turn.
The hardest part isn’t wanting support —
it’s knowing what to trust, and what will actually suit your body and your symptoms. It really is a trial and error situation.
That’s exactly why I chose to try a simple 28-day reset — to give my body some support and see how it responded.
After just two weeks, I can honestly say I’m feeling half normal again.
My goal is simple: to shift a few kilos and become more accountable to my body again.
There are options.
You can explore support through your GP, or you can look at more natural foundations. It’s your body, your mind, and your choice.

If this feels like a yes in your body,
comment YES or flick me a message and I’ll send you the details

The most important thing for you to understand is that you are NOT ALONE.

Two weeks in… and somethings finally turned the kettle off.

I don’t know if it’s timing, luck, or the universe finally giving me a break — but I’ve been on these products for 2 weeks and my hot flushes are nothing like they were.

And trust me… I’m the woman who could tell you what day it was purely by my body. Let alone my attitude.

Before this, I used my HRT gel Tuesdays and Fridays (I chose twice a week because I didn’t want daily use after my GP discussed risk warnings with me). The day before HRT, I’d start whistling like a boiling kettle on the stove — it was that predictable.

Now? The flushes are so infrequent I’ve actually had to set reminders to apply the gel… because my body isn’t screaming at me to remember.

Now call me mad but its bloody true. Yes it is only early days and I will keep you posted. Maybe I am one of the luckier ones.

And yes — we’ve had those 40+ degree days. So part of me wondered, Am I just sweating and calling it a normal summer day?
But even on a normal day, I used to flush under the air conditioner.

So what am I saying exactly.

Not - this cures menopause.
Not - ditch your HRT.
And I’m not giving medical advice here — please don’t change any HRT plan without your GP.

I’m simply sharing what I’m noticing in my body:

• fewer boiling moments

• less bitch moments

• and reduced cravings for comfort

If you’re in the thick of hot flushes and you’re tired of feeling like a s**t show … I get it. I didn't understand before my own personal experiences however my sympathies go out to all those of you who are in this time of life and I hear your pain.

I would love to read about your experiences in the comments below. Who knows, writing it down could help another gain courage to seek advice and help to gaining a better quality of life.

There is help we just have to find what works best for us.

Most women don’t fail at online business — they quit because they’re underestimated.

Most online business education is built for beginners who’ve never run anything before.

But many of us have:

run teams

raised families

managed money

held responsibility for decades

Starting online doesn’t mean starting from zero — it means learning a new channel, not a new brain.

I believe women with lived experience deserve better systems, better conversations, and a lot more respect than the internet usually gives them.

That belief guides everything I’m building.

New chapters don’t ask for permission — they arrive when something inside you shifts.

Reinventing yourself after fifty isn’t about starting over. It’s about growing into who you are now, without fear of judgement and without needing approval. The loudest voice of doubt is rarely external. It’s the inner critic — the one that questions your choices and works overtime trying to keep you small.

For me, her name is **Donna**. My persona. The one who speaks without being invited. The one who doesn’t think before opening her mouth. The one who gathers every bad habit, multiplies it, and says *f**k it — go for gold*. She’s the life of the party, the bravest in a chaotic moment, and the part of me I’ve had to work hardest to rein in.

Sound familiar? Maybe it’s not a split personality. Maybe it’s just the rebel we’ve been suppressing for years.

What I know now is this: growth requires ownership. Not fear of consequences. Not living in regret over what could’ve been, what should’ve happened, or what we wish we’d done differently.

All of it made us who we are.

So stand tall. Warts and all. Remember the woman you once dreamed of becoming — and start rebuilding her, one decision at a time. It’s never too late. Progress doesn’t need to be loud. It just needs to be consistent.

Sometimes the bravest move is simply giving yourself permission to move forward.

And if you’re ready to explore what your next chapter could look like — with support, clarity, and real conversations — you know where to find me.

Christmas Chaos

Christmas seems to bring its own version of an emotional rollercoaster, and this morning was no different.

Between work, family, travel, and the juggle of December finances, it can feel like you’re pulled in every direction at once.

And in the middle of trying to keep everyone happy… you realise that’s actually near impossible.

This morning I misread my roster, threw our plans off, and the whole apple cart went to s**t faster than one could blink.

One message, one misunderstanding, and suddenly the morning coffee date together was cancelled.

I hot footed it out the gate on my morning walk and Troy started building the air in the truck for his speedy exit.

He is yet to read my message stating that the s**t storm i just created was completely unnecessary as I dont have to work and we can continue with our original plans.

It was a reminder that this time of year isn’t about perfection. It’s about navigating commitments, communicating clearly, and giving each other a bit of grace when we get it wrong.

If you’re feeling the same juggle — you’re not alone.
Take a breath, reset, keep moving and for goodness sake put your glasses on when reading your roster.

Happy Holiday Season.
