It’s October, which means it’s officially time for me to take over the Leaping Goat socials 🐐 ☕️ Leaping Goat Coffee & Food

I’ve been managing The Little Goat socials for around 18 months now, so when Gav asked if I’d also come on board and take care of Leaping Goat, I was over the moon.

I absolutely love working with these guys. Jess and I have spent many hours together over the last 18 months, and I genuinely look forward to our catch ups - usually with a coffee in hand and probably a little more yapping than actual meeting. They’re just good people to work with, and I feel very lucky to have clients who trust me, value what I do and make work feel easy and enjoyable.

Now we get to bring a whole new side of Leaping Goat to social media. More roasting, more behind the scenes, more of the people and businesses they supply, more community, more personality and more of what goes into the coffee before it ever lands in your cup.

There’s so much happening behind this brand that you don’t always get to see, and I’m very grateful for the trust and excited to start sharing more of it with you 🤎

Ashlee and Brooke from Lumè Tan Lounge reached out wanting some guidance around their socials, but also with a pretty specific content challenge.

Their new 24/7 automated spray tan booth is completely private – customers let themselves in, have their tan and head out again. Which is great for the customer experience… but makes capturing genuine, start-to-finish content a little tricky.

So, we created it 🪄

We captured the whole experience – arriving, entering the space, getting ready, using the booth and heading out. Giving them plenty of video content that actually shows people what to expect when they book.

I also suggested we bring a photographer along at the same time, so while I captured video, Sarah captured the same experience through photos.

One session, one look and feel, and a bank of both photo + video content that Ashlee and Brooke can now use cohesively across their socials 🤍

In reality, some of the most valuable content is the content that helps people get to know your business, understand what you do and connect with the people behind the brand 🤍

Slowly building a brand’s content bank over time will always beat scrambling for content last minute 📸

This was my 6th time capturing content for and seeing how much video content Toni has built up for reels, ads, campaigns and launches is honestly so cool, especially when I start spotting the content pop up across socials and seeing all the creative ways it gets used 🪄

A strong content bank gives your business flexibility. It keeps your marketing consistent, makes showing up online easier and means there’s always fresh content ready to go when you need it 💥

Also, a big thank you to Toni for supporting me and my business for almost 3 years now. It honestly means so much to still be capturing content for Sheila May all this time later and being part of the brand’s journey along the way 🩷
