I’ve been lucky enough to work personally with Emma the Naturopath for many years now. Whenever a friend mentions they’re struggling with a fussy eater, skin issues, or just feeling overwhelmed by mealtimes, Emma is always the first person I recommend.
So when Emma asked if I would create her website, it was an easy yes.
Just like Em, the website needed to be simple and no-fluff — a calm space where her clients can quickly find the information they need and connect with her. But behind the scenes, we’ve also been working on something really special… a beautiful online recipe subscription where Emma can share the meals she makes every day with her community.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned from working with Emma as my naturopath, it’s her ability to make healthy eating feel achievable. No pressure, no perfection — just real food that works for real families. One of the things she often reminds me is, “You can eat lunch for breakfast.” Do what works for you.
And if there’s one meal she has completely converted me to, it’s a good traybake. Simple ingredients, thrown together, and somehow it always works.
Today’s lunch was exactly that — a traybake and a few bits and pieces from the fridge.
