Dr Pickles came to us with a key objective: modernise their digital presence and create a seamless eCommerce experience that caters to both retail customers and wholesale stockists.
Their old WordPress site was clunky, outdated, and poorly optimised for mobile. The backend was difficult to manage, and they had no clean way to separate B2B from B2C—resulting in missed sales, manual workarounds, and a subpar customer experience.
The challenge:
Dr Pickles needed a scalable platform that could house their full product range, streamline wholesale ordering, and better reflect their bold, iconic brand—all while improving speed, UX, and checkout flow.
Our solution:
We migrated the entire site to Shopify and overhauled the design from the ground up. This included a complete UI/UX redesign, custom navigation structure, and separate pathways for retail and wholesale users. We integrated wholesale functionality directly into the Shopify ecosystem—giving stockists an easy way to register, log in, and place bulk orders with tiered pricing.
We also cleaned up product content, optimised site performance, and ensured the mobile experience was fast and frictionless.
