Dr Pickles came to us with a key objective: modernise their digital presence and create a seamless eCommerce experience that caters to both retail customers and wholesale stockists.

Their old WordPress site was clunky, outdated, and poorly optimised for mobile. The backend was difficult to manage, and they had no clean way to separate B2B from B2C—resulting in missed sales, manual workarounds, and a subpar customer experience.

The challenge:
Dr Pickles needed a scalable platform that could house their full product range, streamline wholesale ordering, and better reflect their bold, iconic brand—all while improving speed, UX, and checkout flow.

Our solution:
We migrated the entire site to Shopify and overhauled the design from the ground up. This included a complete UI/UX redesign, custom navigation structure, and separate pathways for retail and wholesale users. We integrated wholesale functionality directly into the Shopify ecosystem—giving stockists an easy way to register, log in, and place bulk orders with tiered pricing.

We also cleaned up product content, optimised site performance, and ensured the mobile experience was fast and frictionless.

Vaiderz Tattoo Supplies came to us with a clear goal: rebuild their website to reflect the bold, premium quality of their brand—and actually drive conversions.

The existing site felt outdated. Navigation was clunky, visuals were inconsistent, and product images lacked the impact needed to build trust. For a business in a highly visual, detail-driven industry, the online experience wasn’t cutting it.

We rebuilt the site from the ground up. Clean navigation, modern layout, and a dark, refined visual identity designed for artists. We replaced basic product photos with high-end 3D renders, giving each item the polished, premium feel it deserved. Every step of the user journey was reworked for clarity, speed, and conversion.

Rare Records came to us with a clear goal: transform their outdated online store into a powerful, high-converting eCommerce experience.

With over 74,000 vinyl records in their Shopify catalogue, the site was bloated, difficult to navigate, and lacked meaningful categorisation. Customers couldn’t easily browse by genre, artist, or era—leading to a frustrating user experience and lost sales.

The challenge:
Their massive inventory had been uploaded without proper tags or sorting. With thousands of products and inconsistent naming conventions, doing it manually was out of the question.

Our solution:
We rebuilt the website from scratch—revamping the layout, structure, and UX for both desktop and mobile. Then, we developed a custom API build to sync their collection to music catalogue: Discogs, the world’s largest vinyl database. This allowed us to automatically pull genre, artist, label, and release data for each record and sync it to Shopify—bringing order to chaos.

We implemented powerful filtering and search tools so customers could instantly drill down to what they wanted, whether it was ‘70s funk’ or a specific catalogue number. We also optimised product page layouts, improved site speed, and streamlined the checkout process.

The result?
Within the first 7 days of launch, Rare Records saw a 111% increase in conversions. More time on site. More sales.
