❤️🔥💌 MEET THE DESIGNER - it’s time I introduced myself! ☺️ Hi , I’m Jess ! I’ve always been a creative soul, from the get go. Drawing on photos of people in the newspaper, ‘painting’ with water on the pavement. You would’t find me without a pencil case full of connectable textas in my school bag ✍️🎨
I didn’t think much of graphic design at all until after I left school. I was obsessed with Music, playing bass and piano and wanted that to be my career right up until I found photography in Year 11 + 12. Back then (yes I’m old 🙊 haha) graphic design was Corel Draw and the very basic 1st editions of Adobe Illustrator - nothing like it is now! 😅
Getting an early admission into a BA Photography & BA Graphic Design double degree really made me discover my love for design - but it wasn’t until I moved to Melbourne and studied a Bachelor of Communication Design that I found my true passion - Branding and Strategy. 💗
By day, I run Jes Lea Creative a full service branding and website business. And by night - or in my spare time I’ve been doing event stationery - this isn’t new - my Etsy store has been running for 5 years! It was about time I gave it it’s own space ✨ I can’t wait to build a community here , come along for the ride ❤️🔥
