Your website might not be “broken” in the obvious sense.
But if people click through from Google or Facebook and hit a dead end, or they can’t quickly see what you do, where you work, photos of your jobs, or how to get a quote, it’s still costing you trust.
I’ve been seeing this a bit with local trade businesses.
They’ve got a page, maybe even a domain email, but the actual website either doesn’t load, isn’t connected properly, or doesn’t give people enough reason to enquire.
It doesn’t need to be a huge website.
Sometimes it just needs to show your work, explain your services, make the service area clear, and give people a quick and easy way to call or request a quote.
If you’re a local business and you’re not sure what people are seeing when they check you out online, I’m happy to have a quick look.
