Getting confused for your competitor is fine if your competitor is better than you but if you look like a similar business down the road and that business has a bad reputation then you are the one getting hurt by it, not to mention every cent you invest in marketing your business goes down the drain the second your potential customer mistakes you for someone else.

Ai is great at a lot of things, design is not one of them my friend.

We thought it was about time this one made it to grid!

The lovely Sally at Skin and Tonic was one of my very first customers, her business like mine has grown so much since those early days and needed an update to represent the level that she is playing at now.

Sophisticated and beautiful this website expands on her old with dedicated service pages to educate customers and reduce admin whilst also improving the customer journey and allowing visitors to view services suited to them based on the skin conditions they resonate with.

Overall a powerhouse of a website as an online home for ✨

Shoutout to for this advice when I was first starting out.

Prioritising joy and making myself responsible for my happiness and peace has made business so much easier. Whenever I feel bogged down in it all I am always instantly refreshed from a weekend unplugged.

INTRODUCING ASH!!!!

I thought it was about time you were formally introduced to Ash.

Ash has been quietly working alongside me the last 6 or so months and to say she is killing it is an understatement.

Not only was she using custom code in her third month designing here (over achiever much?) but Ash brings a wealth of knowledge to my business which in turn brings so much value to my customers businesses.

Ash has built her own successful business before joining me and in addition to her large corporate role she has been vital in helping small and large e-commerce businesses grow their online sales so she brings a wealth of knowledge of small business, e-commerce and sales.

Professionally I have worked with Ash in different capacities since I was 21 and value her growth mindset, considered way of being and passion for helping others.

When Ash isn’t designing websites and organising my back end and project management she can be found:

- Running around after her kids being a beautiful present mum & partner

- At Bunnings taking on a new DIY project (she will lay flooring and plaster a house for fun… I can’t relate)

- With a can of V and a bag of sour patch kids in hand

Okay so maybe it was a quiet cheer but a cheer nonetheless 😅
