10 million waves, and counting!

Bastion was proud to support Melbourne as it celebrated a major milestone of five years of operation and 10 million waves ridden at Australia’s first man-made surf park.

To mark the occasion, surfing legend Layne Beachley AO caught the 10 millionth wave in front of media, VIPs and fans.

Bastion delivered an integrated earned media campaign managing PR strategy, ambassador engagement, speaking notes, VR support, and MC duties on the day.

The result? National coverage across , , , 3AW, 2GB and more - along with opportunities secured with singer -songerwriter former AFL Essendon Footballer & iconic Aussie surfers Luke Egan & .

Bastion is proud to be working with on Legend of the Tongs, a national campaign celebrating the unsung BBQ heroes at local footy clubs.

The initiative recognises the volunteers who bring communities together each weekend, rewarding them with BBQ kits, Grand Final experiences, and the chance to win $25,000 in Bunnings products as the Golden Tongs legend.

We recently brought the campaign to life in the Barossa Valley with a community sausage sizzle, joined by AFL greats & , the Barossa Bulldogs, and the Bunnings Gawler team.

A memorable day supporting a great cause.

Mission: allow everyone to experience WHY Sky High is the unchallenged #1 mascara in Australia and New Zealand!

Our Bastion Experience team worked closely with the local Maybelline team to create an immersive tunnel inspired by Kusama’s infinity rooms that allowed consumers to enter their very own cosmic star field. Attendees were able to pluck their very own Sky High mascara to take home and experience what limitless length means.

Amplified alongside planes carrying banners (ANZ beauty first), an influencer helicopter ride event and interactive content across socials, we were able to reach from SYD to all over ANZ. 🚀
