1. Can you describe your ideal customer in one sentence?
2. Do you know which channel brings you your best clients?
3. Have you measured your cost per lead in the last 90 days?
4. Does your website tell visitors what to do next?
5. Would your last three clients describe you the same way you'd describe yourself?

If you answered 'no' to more than two of those, you are not ready to scale your marketing. Fix the foundation first.

The good news: none of these questions are expensive to answer. They just require a clear hour and some honesty.
