🛑🛑🛑 UPDATE POST 🛑🛑🛑

Can I just start by saying thank the good Lord our kids are back at school!! I love them to the ends of the earth but kids are hard work during the holidays!

I started this business to give our family extra income for the extras in life but I always maintained that I would also put them before my work and although I fail at that sometimes, these holidays I chose to take on a lot less work and be present with them.

So this is why I’ve been MIA. I really scaled back my workload the last two weeks and pottered around getting smaller jobs done and spending time with my kids. It also doesn’t look like I’ve done much of anything and I haven’t posted much of anything because the last two weeks, legit, have been all repeat customers so I’d just be showing you work you’ve already seen! 🤣🤣

Now that the kids are back at school, I’m actually honoured to be working with a few clothing brands that are in the process of creating a launch and I am so beyond blessed that I get to help create and be a part of that vision. The best part is that the three clothing brands I’m working with are all Christian businesses so stay tuned for what’s about to come 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Lastly, and this brings me to the photo in this post, I want to share with you all the most incredible news! Our 7 year old son was selected (from a trial of over 200 kids I’ve been told) for the Futboltec U8’s 2025 squad! We are so beyond proud and happy for him as he embarks on this journey. Anyone who knows us knows that we have had the most awful year of soccer with the club we’ve been a part of which we won’t mention here, but God is good! Psalms 11:7 says, “For the LORD is righteous, he loves justice; the upright will see his face”. Justice is here! He turns it all around for His glory and He has the final say!

Introducing my design, the ‘He is Enough’ cap. This design is really special to me because it was created after a moment I had in the presence of God where He reminded me that I don’t need to be enough because He is more than enough. Jesus reminds me that I will always fall short but He loves me anyway because He is enough. He is all I’ve ever needed and He is all I’ll ever need. Jesus is more than enough ❤️
These will be available at the end of next month when I drop my collection on my website. I can’t wait!! Available in the bone thread and the tone on tone 😍

Matthew 5:13 says, “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot”
Jesus called us to be the salt of the earth. Just as salt was used to preserve meat and stop it from spoiling, so too are we called to represent Christ and spread His word and His light in a world that is rotting.
I’m working on a new Christian merch line which I’m really excited about and this will be available within that line .. stay tuned!

So an update on my 72 hour fast .. I didn’t get to 72 hours and it wasn’t because I caved because I was hungry. I actually wasn’t hungry at all by the 48 hour mark, but I just couldn’t cope with the brain fog I was feeling. I was detoxing from medication and after much prayer, I was prompted to stop at 48 hours. If you look up the effects of a 48 hour fast, it truly is incredible what your body is able to do in that time. At the 17 hour mark your body goes into autophagy and real healing can begin. By the 48 hour mark your immnune system has reset, your s*x hormones are balanced, your gut microbiome resets and your dopamine receptors also go through a reset. It’s truly mind blowing. When I tried to eat after 48.5 hours, the roof of my mouth was burning! It legit felt like the roof my mouth was on fire. Food tastes completely different! I’m actually craving proteins and greens and I don’t even want to touch sugar or anything carby. So here’s my first official meal after my 48.5 hour fast .. scrambled spinach eggs and homemade keto bread 🤤

At the start of the year I prayed upon and meditated for my word of the year. I received the word consistency. For anyone that knows me, one word they would NOT use to describe me is consistent 🙈😅 So I’m now being consistent. Consistent with posting. Consistent with walking everyday. Consistent with eating nutritious food over rubbish food. Consistent with my gratitude journal. Consistent with my faith and sharing Jesus. Consistent with being intentional with my children. So here I am, 24 hours in of a 72 hour water fast, holding myself accountable and being consistent 🫶🏻
