Great day out at the AHRI NT Conference in Darwin!

Running a business (or a team) in the Territory comes with challenges you just don't get elsewhere, distance, isolation, people moving in and out.

The day was all about how HR and business leaders here are tackling that head-on.

Also had a laugh doing a quiz that revealed Doug and I are basically leadership twins after 30 years of working together 😂

Always good to connect with the local HR & business crowd!

Happy Friday! 🎉

Our conversations workshop was a huge success! Some fantastic chats happened in that room today, and everyone walked away with something they can put into action straight away.

Thanks to our facilitators Annette Gillanders, Doug Gillanders, and for sharing their expertise so generously.
