When all my workplaces collide! 😂 My beloved pharmacy job through uni was at this pharmacy (now TerryWhite Chemmart Marlin Coast), my first TV news gig was as an intern at WIN News Cairns, and I pitched this story working as the founder of Golden Quill PR! ❤️ All the warm fuzzies watching this one.

10 years ago!!! Can't believe it's been 10 whole years since I graduated with a Bachelor of Journalism Degree. 📽 Look at me! So young and fresh-faced! Not in bed with no voice after caring for sick kids for a week! 😂

I started as a freelancer for The New Daily and The Age, then an intern at WIN News Cairns which led me to Hervey Bay and then WIN News Wollongong. I presented the news updates for Northern NSW and then after some time away from the newsdesk as a new Mum, I took the leap to create my own PR consultancy. What a journey!

I bring 10 years of media experience to my clients (and trust me, I remember what it was like getting hundreds of emails a day from PRs).📧

I'm actively working on bringing a new offering to my services and I can't wait to share it with you! 👀👏

Ooft friends it has been a minute since I've come onto the socials! 🤦🏻‍♀️Life has been life-ing, children have been children-ing, we've had school orientations for the big boy, starting daycare for the toddler, illness, appointments and the loss of my beloved Grandma which involved two trips to Cairns. It has been a big start to 2026.

I am booked until August and have been the busiest bee working on PR campaigns and coaching through SHE-com. I know I haven't been showing up here, and I'm sorry for being so absent! I will post some client wins soon! ❤️
