Our partnership with is one of our longest and most rewarding. Having previously built their flagship website and the website for , we were thrilled when they approached us to develop the website for their newly rebranded service, (formerly WorkAbility and Workskills), based on their own custom designs.

The Goal: Develop an inclusive and accessible website that serves two distinct audiences: job seekers looking for meaningful support, and employers ready to build diverse workforces.

We developed and delivered clear, intuitive user pathways for both employers and job seekers, built exactly to their design specifications. We also built a flexible backend designed to let their internal team easily update content, news, and services.

We build all of our sites to be highly adaptable, and we've loved continuing to work with embarc this year to roll out new features. Seeing their team manage and grow the platform internally is the ultimate proof of a successful build.

We are proud to unveil the new identity for , a firm that has set a benchmark for high-end, architecturally led residential building.

Our objective was to move beyond the traditional aesthetic of the construction industry, creating a visual language that mirrors the integrity and technical mastery they bring to every site. The result is a brand defined by ‘Calm Strength’; a grounded, monochromatic identity that prioritises architectural clarity and structural permanence.

The custom-engineered logo and technical typography reflect the company’s builder-led USP, acting as a bridge between ambitious architectural vision and honest, transparent ex*****on. Every element of the new brand system was designed to communicate what Ross Constructions stands for: Respect, Reliability, and Results.

With the visual foundation now firmly in place, we transition to the next phase of the partnership: the design and development of the new Rosscon website.

Teyrook, a sustainable dairy farm situated in the heart of regional Victoria, required a professional brand identity that balanced its deep connection to the land with a polished image for industry-level partnerships. The project called for a versatile logo that would serve both internal operations and formal dealings with major dairy companies, reflecting the farm’s commitment to quality and sustainability.

We created a brand identity centered around a clean, minimalist logo that draws direct inspiration from the property’s physical environment. The brand mark was designed to mirror the actual landscape and horizon of the farm, creating an authentic connection between the brand and the land it represents. This approach ensures a visual presence that is both modern and grounded, providing Teyrook with a professional edge in the agricultural sector.

This refined brand foundation has successfully positioned Teyrook as a forward-thinking player in the dairy industry, providing a cohesive identity that the team can carry across all facets of their business. The Palms, a fresh and modern reimagining of the former Flinders Motel in Wollongong, required a brand identity that signalled a new era of management and hospitality. As the property underwent a physical revamp, the project needed a cohesive visual presence that elevated its position within the budget accommodation market while preparing for its full digital launch.

We cultivated a brand identity designed to reflect the motel’s revitalised energy, focusing on a clean, welcoming aesthetic that balances affordability with a modern, professional feel. Our work extended well beyond the digital space; our designer, Ally, crafted various touch points of the guest experience, including the complex’s signage; from "Do Not Disturb" door hangers to custom room key rings.

To support the physical renovation, we captured the transformation through professional photography and a custom website build. The site was designed to be both intuitive and visually engaging, showcasing the motel's fresh rooms and central location to ensure a seamless booking experience for guests from day one.

This comprehensive transformation has successfully repositioned The Palms as a standout destination in Wollongong. By aligning the new branding with the property’s physical renovations, we have built a strong market presence that captures the motel's new chapter and establishes it as a highly desirable choice for travellers in the Illawarra.
