Brush brush brush.
Dr Regan has a tip for all the those who are a bit forgetful. If you hop into bed and remember you forgot to brush, the thing to do is to get up and brush!
At night your mouth produces less saliva - otherwise you might drown in the stuff.
Saliva washes away the acids from food, sugars and bacteria - so to leave all of that on your teeth at night is a recipe for decay.
