Add finely chopped pepper to the pan, simmer for 5 minutes.We throw finely chopped parsley and tomato paste to the meat, mix and simmer for 4 minutes.
Add minced meat, salt, pepper and fry for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in the wine, continue to fry for another 3 minutes, until the liquid evaporates.
