Who's guilty of setting a huge goal for their launch, only to flail their way through, relying on excitement, hope + woo to get them there?
I've been there – not every single launch has been a complete success – before SM I had a huge launch fail (more on that later).
Most of us start out in what I like to call "chaos mode."
Everything’s a blur—trying to juggle too many things, wondering where to focus next, feeling overwhelmed with the constant pressure to just “do more.”
Without a plan, it can feel like your Brand Galaxy® is in complete disarray–your planets are crashing into one another.
If you never invest time or money into a proven system? You’ll stay stuck in chaos mode–so let's break down what you need for a functional + thriving Brand Galaxy® aka System.
🌞 Strategy: This is your SUN.
The centre of your business, it creates energy and life for your entire galaxy. It's clear, detailed, and ever evolving, but without it, you’re in chaos mode.
⭐️ North Star: Your Vision.
This is your big goal, the mission you’re working towards.
⚖️ Systems: Your Toolkit.
These help you navigate the path to get there. Without systems, that vision stays a dream, and the strategy remains an unopened document in your google drive.
The truth is, without these core elements of your Brand Galaxy®, you’re working more, and earning less. Your goals might look shiny, but if you don’t have the map to follow and the right tools to get there, they’ll stay out of reach.
Let’s get real:
Are your systems working for you, or are they adding to the chaos?
Are you moving with intention, or are you constantly reacting to what’s coming at you?
If you’re tired of the overwhelm and ready to finally create the structure that’ll allow you to actually hit those goals, it’s time to pause, take a step back, and refocus.
Building systems isn’t glamorous, but it’s the only way to make your goals a reality.
Once you do that, watch how quickly things begin to click into motion. ❤️🔥
Chaos doesn’t have to be your default.
You can choose strategy.
You can choose structure.
And from there, your goals? They won’t feel so far out of reach.
