What we love most about the K8 machine is its multiple uses. The fact the I know Vann can have his medicine with 7.0 and his body will absorb it at a safe rate blows my mind 🤩

When we first stopped drinking we committed to 6 weeks, that quickly turned into committing to 1 year 😱 I was thinking it would be easy, I don’t drink that much 🙄
Our journey has been far from easy, and I’m glad it hasn’t been, we have learnt & grown so much, individually & as a team 🙌🏼
I remember hitting 100 days and dreaming of my next Pinot by an open fire 😂
Now, 500 days in and I am beyond proud of Tim & I 😃
What we have achieved in 500 days absolutely blows my mind 🙌🏼
The honest conversations with our kids, breaking cycles & looking after our mental health 🫶🏼
Can’t wait to see what the next 500 days bring 🫣
