was such a pleasure working with Yass Valley Business Chamber in the lead-up to their annual Awards Gala. The event is a brilliant initiative that celebrates the incredible businesses and inspiring individuals who help shape our region.

We were engaged to design the branding for the Gala Awards night, including event posters, brand guidelines, social media templates and award badges. Seeing it all come to life was a real highlight!

Congratulations to all the winners, nominees and everyone in putting the awards night together.

Monday morning website health check for —a website build close to my heart, created for a shop and business I’ve loved deeply since day one. Having been involved at various levels since it first opened, this website feels a bit like home—and honestly, I’d happily take so many of these beautiful products home with me too!
Regular check-ins are crucial—digital gremlins can sneak in, causing glitches with products, images, and links behind the scenes. Keeping a close eye on both the front and back end ensures the best possible experience for customers (and keeps my sanity intact!).

I had so much fun working on the marketing and design for the this year. We focused on two main objectives: firstly, to enhance event promotion and broaden the attendee demographic, and secondly, to create excitement and effectively highlight our sponsors. The outcomes were successful, achieving increased awareness and engagement, leading to a diverse group of eventgoers and elevated sponsor visibility.

In the campaign, strategic posting times were identified to maximise engagement, aligning with when our target audience was most active online. A consistent design theme was maintained across all materials to ensure brand cohesion, making the event instantly recognisable. Engaging captions with clear calls to action were crafted to prompt immediate responses, from event attendance to sponsor support. These approaches collectively enhanced the campaign's effectiveness.

Introducing the logo and branding for an upcoming event and charity 'Jess Walkers Hand to the Land". This design captures Jess's vibrant and joyful essence, inspired by a cherished memory of her with a flower in her hair. The bold navy, paired with lively pink and turquoise, a gesture to her wonderful and bright personality. ❤️

I'm often asked if I'm still painting, and the answer is an awkward... noooo not really! While I hadn't officially picked up my brushes for a while, that all changed recently! And it felt wonderful, therapeutic almost!!! Margot, the fabulous soul behind my favourite store requested a poster for her upcoming garden day. Ps. It's an event you won't want to miss—filled with fabulous pieces, perfect Christmas presents, and a glimpse into Margot's stunning garden!

I initially designed a poster, but Margot had another idea in mind! She wanted something more playful and fun with my quirky drawings. So, I remembered how to use a brush and began drawing and painting lots of fun baskets, garden fences, tropical and country plants, and an elephant! The result? A bright and slightly mad poster and social graphics that are a bit fun and a bit quirky!

P.S., I must admit, I didn't draw the monkey—it's a last-minute addition in the form of a vector file. I'm thrilled with how it all turned out, and I hope you'll love it too. And most importantly, I hope you will mark your calendar for a fabulous day out in Bookham next Saturday
