Stewardship is one of those things I didn’t fully understand until my 30s.

It’s the growing awareness that what’s been placed in your hands is worth caring for, not just for yourself, but for the people working alongside you and the people who may come after you.

And that absolutely applies to your business and your brand.

Stewardship shows up in the practical things:
how you organise your files, invoices, emails, systems, and client communication.

It’s in how you respond to enquiries.
How you carry responsibility.
How you make things clearer, easier, and more considered for the next person experiencing your brand.

Because at the end of the day, you’re either leaving behind confusion, or creating a clear path that can be followed if needed.

A strong brand isn’t just attractive.
It’s well cared for.

Rebrand sneak peek…

Hidden above a fish and chip shop in our sunny little town is The Wellness Haven, a calm and welcoming space created by its beautiful owner, Shen.

Shen’s vision was simple and deeply needed. To create a place where people feel safe to slow down, rest, and reconnect with themselves.

We bonded over Turkish drama, the Mediterranean, and house music, and from there the brief unfolded naturally. The brand needed to feel elevated, nourishing, and quietly supportive.

The new chapter of The Wellness Haven is coming soon.

Favourite things about small town living

1. Chill traffic. Yes it gets busy around school holidays but nothing like Sunny Coast on the M1.

2. Quiet beaches. Crowded beaches here is just isn’t a thing.

3. The pace. No one is in a hurry, and if you are you will quickly learn that it’s no one else’s concern.

4. People are nicer. People are way more inclined to chat to you in shops, or smile in the street.

5. Spoilt for choices in nature…You want to see a forest? There is one 30 minutes from my house, you want islands? there is one 20 minute ferry ride away.

Sometimes life and work gets buried in admin, finances, and the logistics of project work. Necessary, but a bit dull.

Doing something purely for the sake of it can shift everything. This project let me step out of problem solving mode and back into play.

Part of me wants to go there and disappear into an imaginary BnB in the French countryside. Long mornings, baguettes and butter with nowhere to be. Part of me just wanted to design without constraints.

The Sunday House is the beginning of more portfolio work to come, and a gentle reminder that sometimes you need to cleanse the palette and just do what you love for the sake of it.

This project had one goal. To enjoy the process.

Sunday House became a space to play, explore, and follow curiosity without overthinking the end result.

An idea straight from my brain. More to come.

Album covers I’ve seen lately that tickled parts of my brain. No notes.
