- First time trying and it did not disappoint! I’ve been aware of fasting mimicking diets for some time, and I just took a bit of time warming up to the idea. Finally decided to give it a try, and it was a much needed reset for my body.

It felt nice to give my digestive system a break and only consume a minimal amount of highly nutritious food. Even though I didn’t consume much over the 5 days, I never really experienced any hunger pains or stomach aches, which made this much easier than I thought it would be!

There’s a reason it’s called One Happy Island 🏝️

Aruba is not only home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It’s also SUCH an eco-diverse island, with plenty of tropical birds and fish to spot as well as the natural landscape of cactuses, rock formations, and sand dunes. We had an amazing time exploring the island and relaxing in the sun ☀️
