Yesterday, I delivered a Digital Kickstart workshop for the new founders participating in the Impact Hub O’STAD 2026 incubator program.
The session focused on helping entrepreneurs understand:
- Their real digital challenges
- What parts of their business can be digitized
- How to choose the right platform
- How to create a practical, scalable digital plan
We used local examples, hands-on exercises, and real founder cases to turn ideas into actionable strategies, all aimed at sustainable growth and impact.
