We are excited to share a few words and a video introduction from Jorge Zarraga, Founder & CEO of Aruba Discovery Guide
Aruba Discovery is a new Hybrid Printed & Digital Media Platform, City Guide, and Event Platform designed to connect residents and visitors with Aruba's events, businesses, attractions, culture, and unique experiences.
Launching in July 2026, Aruba Discovery will be distributed throughout Oranjestad, Palm Beach, and Pariba di Brug, while becoming one of the first modern media platforms dedicated to supporting and promoting the communities of Savaneta and San Nicolas through marketing, communication, and local storytelling.
Born in Venezuela and raised in Aruba at Rooi Kochi, Savaneta, Jorge proudly describes himself as a mucha'i mondi (boy from the forest). As an entrepreneur, media publisher, real estate broker, and tourism operator, his vision has always been to create opportunities that connect people, businesses, and communities.
One of the core missions of Aruba Discovery is to support Aruba's creative and cultural community. The platform will provide FREE event promotion and agenda listings for local artists, musicians, cultural groups, and community organizations, helping them reach both residents and visitors at no cost.
