As technology becomes more accessible, one competitive advantage becomes even more valuable.
The people you choose to learn from.
Last week in Sarajevo, we had the opportunity to learn from Bianca & Laura Marlena Matusiak. Their stories were a reminder that the biggest breakthroughs rarely come from another achievement; more from a new perspective.
Bianca challenged us to rethink what high performance really means. Not by constantly pushing harder, but by breaking your limits without breaking yourself. She reminded us that extraordinary results are built through small, consistent actions and by protecting the energy that fuels our ambition.
Laura then took us beneath the surface; quite literally. ๐
After more than 10 years and 321 dives, she showed us that curiosity is stronger than fear, and that one of lifeโs greatest lessons is this: reputation is not always reality.
The stories we tell ourselves about people, places, even sharks, are often incomplete. Real understanding begins the moment we replace assumptions with curiosity.
Different journeys. Different industries.
One powerful message. Growth is never only about knowledge.
It is about choosing curiosity over certainty, courage over comfort, and surrounding yourself with people who make you think differently.
In a world where AI can generate content in seconds and technology evolves overnight, our greatest competitive advantage remains deeply human: an open mind, meaningful relationships and communities that help us grow. Because the best communities donโt just connect people.
They expand horizons. ๐ค
