Super excited for the opportunity to open a 6 weeks WSA Youth for Innovation program that will have 41 student from 6 universities working on 8 social business challenges and give an opportunity for the students to get to know social business, get experience in working with divers and remote teams and also give amazing 8 businesses fresh perspective on solutions that challenges that they are facing!
Thanks WSA for yet another brilliant way in bringing people to make real impact without borders!

I personally don't like motivational speeches or books. Maybe because I feel like I have enough motivation within me to go for my dreams, or maybe because I have read enough psychology books and autobiographies of successful people, so I don't need some motivators to tell me what to do.

But this speech by Matthew McConaughey is different. It's a perfectly laid out piece of art. It's an example of mastering the language to convey deep feelings and believes in a non-intrusive, whole spanning way. It's the essence of life in less than 10 minutes.

We've defintely come a long way since my BA thesis about women leaders in Lithuania. A theoretical chicken and egg question - do confidence, strenght and self-worth come from the small gender employment gap or the gap is small because Lithuanian women are all of the above..
