Since Converge Community features a collaborative approach, a creative no longer necessarily has to step out of their area of expertise but can do what he or she loves while contributing to the success of a project. Converge Community is is a virtual creative agency that is supported and backed by a regional design, brand and marketing company with established clients, which means that the availability of work is a constant to the community.
