Yes it is realistic to get $1000 weekly from your small business on a consistent basis. You just need to put in the "RIGHT WORK", working hard is admirable but what benefit is it if you aren't achieving your goals.
Apart from building a client list. Increasing your product/service price can help you achieve your $1,000 weekly goal.
Many times as new entrepreneurs market research is something you do very little of and when it comes to pricing your product/services you tend to just copy what others in your niche are doing.
This is a terrible thing to do as what is working for them may not work for you. Their internal structure for their business is much different from yours which means you cannot operate at the same level.
Therefore taking the time out to break down your supply cost, labour cost , expenses and the profit you want to make from each sale is just as important.
So lets say you have a product at $250 instead of $100 you now only have to find 4 clients instead of 10 clients.
Makes your job a lot easier right?
