Ready to get noticed?

That design might look crystal clear on your phone… but will it print that way?

WhatsApp can compress images, which means some of that beautiful quality can get lost before your artwork even reaches us.

When sending files for print, always send the original, high-quality file as a document whenever possible.

Because great printing starts with great artwork.

“I already have the design, I just need it printed.”

Perfect! But before we hit print, there’s one question:

Is the file actually print-ready?

Correct size, good resolution, clear images, correct information and proper file preparation all matter when taking a design from your screen to the finished product.

Because designed and ready to print aren’t always the same thing.

Save this one for the next time you’re preparing artwork for print.

Imagine approving a typo… and then meeting all 500 copies of it.

Before anything goes to print, CHECK. YOUR. PROOF.

Names, dates, phone numbers, spelling, prices, addresses, look over everything carefully. Your proof is your opportunity to make sure the design is exactly how you want it before we hit print.

Once you approve it, that typo has officially become part of the family.

MGrafix Quick Tip: Proof it now. Thank yourself later.

Quick tip from the print side

Please don’t screenshot your logo and send it for printing. Screenshots can reduce the quality, leaving your logo looking blurry, pixelated or rough, especially when it needs to be enlarged.

For the cleanest, sharpest results, always send the original high-resolution or vector file whenever possible.

Because a great print starts with a great file.
