The ability to communicate under pressure is no longer simply a spokesperson skill. It is a leadership responsibility.

LLPR has had the privilege of working with executive spokespersons from the Coralisle Group across multiple Caribbean territories as part of a regional Executive Spokesperson Training Programme.

Together, we explored the disciplines that underpin credible executive communication—making decisions under scrutiny, demonstrating empathy, maintaining message discipline and communicating with confidence when stakeholder expectations are high.

Thank you to every participant for your openness, thoughtful engagement and willingness to challenge yourselves throughout the programme. The quality of the discussions reflected a leadership team deeply committed to strengthening communication as a strategic capability.
